The short horizontal represent credibility interval, the cube located in the middle of the horizontal represent odds ratio. The midcourt line represent OR = 1. The rhombus in the final of each studies indicated aggregated results of all the clinical trials. The short horizontal or rhombus was intersected with midcourt line means no significant difference. The short horizontal or rhombus was on the midcourt line’s left means the placebo was more effective.
